Walsh Schwartz LLP is seeking an experienced attorney to join our collaborative and client-focused general practice in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of full-time legal experience in the private sector.

• Portable client base preferred.

• Experience in general practice (our current primary practice areas include litigation, estate planning, small business representation, including employment law, commercial and residential real estate transactions, condominiums and homeowner associations, and municipal law).

Terms and structure of employment will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and portable client base.
